I just won an award for a short story!
The contest is run by the F. Scott Fitzgerald Literary Festival in Maryland, a regional contest for writers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. This year’s judge was Nate Brown, Senior Lecturer and Associate Director of the Writer’s Center at Johns Hopkins University.
The story is called “Fireflies” and the Festival has posted it on their website. Please give it a read and tell me what you think!
